After a very long time the blog is again active and we will be posting updates for your info regularly. After the change of Central Govt. from the Congress to Modi Sarkar the changes over the executive can easily be seen nation-wide. Nationalist Hindus gain confidence and are more vocal for their rights as the executive is now working without prejudice. We believe that we will definitely see "Achche Din" in coming months.
Our case WP(C) 646 of 2012 is pending before Delhi High Court. The case was filed by Karamvir Singh Nagar and Rajinder Singh jointly. Previously the whole colony seemed to work jointly for this purpose. But we have seen in recent past that some people without doing anything wants everything to be done in their leadership. The situation got more worse when some so called political leaders spoiled the unity of the colony and constituted new association/society/samity for unknown motives. Obviously they have nothing to do with the colony's welfare as they all are busy with collecting money from the residents in the name of Court case (which they are not fighting at all), busy with blaming others for the situations. They never took any strong stand to protest against Land Grabbing activities. They never shown account summary, fund flow to any person and nobody knows where the money is going. To save themselves from objections they filed a dummy case in Delhi High Court. Nobody knows which Advocate is pursuing their case, does he come to court or not. As it was the dummy case Hon'ble Court refused to listen it separately and attached this case to the original case i.e. WP(C) 646/2012.
Recently the Hon'ble High Court refused to give permission to Anjuman-e-Haidri and directed them to follow the procedure by applying to Delhi Police. But still our request to close the Western Gate, removal of religious symbol from K Block Park, removal of encroachment from Kanati are pending before the High Court.
We hope that we will be heard soon and justice will be delivered.
